As shown above, the times have changed.  What was once called "hearsay," meaning what people said to one another in friendship and family networks is now seemingly viral.  There is a rule on the Internet at large in fact, and it doesn't pertain to simply Chevrolet dealers in VT, car sales, or any one thing in particular:  if you do great, one in ten people will tell one in ten people they know; if you screw up, everyone knows instantly.  In the world we live in, people have the ability to tell their friends, their networks, their friends' networks, and anyone following them or these networks on Facebook, Twitter, or even Tumblr, Reddit, Digg, and all the others how great or poor any business was in mere microseconds, all from the palm of their hand.

The beauty of this new philosophy goes right along with what we as a VT Chevy dealer have always been about:  choice.  We love to give our customers choices, independent of what the topic regards.  From Chevrolet cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans of varying years to the choice we present in our Certified Service department and now even in the arena of writing an online review.
