SAINT ALBANS, VT | 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HDJanuary 23, 2026Well, unfortunately, when you get a call saying we accidentally smashed your tail light out on your truck, but don’t worry we’re gonna replace it and we clean the truck for you then when I get there the first thing I noticed is how the bumper is you can fit your fingers in on the driver side but the passenger side is so tight you can’t even get a finger in Then they try to say they’re gonna have their body people look at it. There is no looking at it it needs a brand new factory GMC bumper same with the taillight, not aftermarket factory GMC then you look at the paint job because they washed it by hand they scratched the whole side of the truck in the back on the driver side. Also, when you open the driver‘s door, there’s a huge dent in the plate like the serial number plate and the identification plate that wasn’t there before this is a brand new truck. We barely drive it. We brought it in because the back brake keeps sticking on the passenger sideand this is what ends up happening to us and unfortunately they still haven’t made it right.Response from HANDY CHEVROLET INC.
